Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC is seeking an experienced A/V Support Technician to provide on-site AV services for the DOJ, including video conferencing support and issue triage. The role requires active Secret clearance and hands-on experience with Crestron, Extron, and conferencing systems.

The position is Washington, DC, onsite, with responsibilities that include visiting DOJ sites regularly and maintaining equipment to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting a/v operations, including conference rooms and customer support.
• At least 2 years hands-on AV with Crestron and/or Extron equipment, Polycom, Cisco, or LifeSize VTC.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the project team and Exec Leadership.
• Capable of lifting/moving up to 25 pounds, up to 50 pounds in tight spaces.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
• Associate degree in IT or related field.
• CTS and DM-NVX-N certifications or commitment to obtain within 60 days.
• Nice-to-have: CCSP and/or CTS-I certifications.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and meet these needs.
• Support requests escalated from Tier 1 Call Center.
• Update ITSM with status and resolution.
• Visit DOJ offices to assess and resolve A/V issues.
• Visit DOJ sites every two weeks to verify equipment and peripherals.
• Field customer input to A/V POCs.
• Assist in design of new or enhanced A/V systems.
• Ensure services align with contractual SLAs.
• Support SOPs and publish guides and knowledge articles.
