Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC seeks an A/V Support Technician to provide on-site AV services for the DOJ in Washington, DC. The role includes conference room support, video conferencing, and maintaining AV systems to meet SLAs. Must have an active Secret clearance and Crestron/Extron experience.

Two years in A/V operations, strong communication, and IT-related degree are required; CTS/DMNVX certifications are a plus. The work is onsite at government facilities with regular site visits and customer-focused

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supporting A/V operations and conference rooms.
• Experience with Crestron and/or Extron, Polycom, Cisco, or LifeSize VTC.
• Strong communication across all levels.
• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain.
• Associate’s degree in IT or related field; CTS and DM‑NVX certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and meet them.
• Triage and resolve user requests via AV ITSM tickets.
• Visit DOJ sites to assess and resolve AV issues.
• Ensure equipment is operational during biweekly site visits.
• Assist design of new/enhanced AV systems.
• Produce guides, knowledge articles, and SOP updates.
