Job summary

Iron Bow Technologies is seeking an experienced A/V Support Technician to support a DOJ federal government account. The role requires onsite work at the DOJ site in Washington, DC and the ability to obtain and hold an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting customer's A/V operations, including conference rooms.
• Hands-on AV experience with Crestron and/or Extron equipment, Polycom, Cisco, and/or LifeSize VTC.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of the project team and Exec Leadership.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Understand the client’s business needs and strive to meet them.
• Provide AV support and respond to requests escalated from Tier 1.
• Update ITSM for tickets and document resolutions.
• Visit DOJ offices to assess and resolve A/V issues.
• Biweekly site visits to validate equipment is operational and ready.
• Assist in design of new A/V systems and enhancements.
• Ensure services align with contract SLAs and contribute to SOPs and knowledge articles.
