Job summary

IntelliDyne, LLC seeks an experienced A/V Support Technician to support a DOJ contract in Washington, DC onsite. An active Secret clearance is required to join the team delivering mission-critical AV services.

Responsibilities include supporting conference room AV, visiting DOJ sites, updating ITSM tickets, and ensuring SLAs are met. Certifications such as CTS and Crestron DMNVX are preferred, with candidates encouraged to obtain them within 60 days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years supporting A/V operations and conference rooms.
• Hands-on experience with Crestron/Extron and VTC equipment.
• Ability to communicate with all project levels.
• Active Secret clearance; willingness to obtain certs within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Support client requests from Tier 1 to resolution.
• Update ITSM tickets with status and resolutions.
• Visit DOJ offices to assess and resolve AV issues.
• Ensure conference rooms are ready with peripherals.
• Collaborate with A/V POCs to design enhancements.
• Ensure service delivery aligns with SLAs.
• Assist in SOPs and knowledge article creation.
