Job Details

Responsible for installation of Audio Visual Systems, pulling cable, terminating and testing endpoints, installing displays, projectors, screens, speakers, inputs, control panels, and system peripherals.

This position offers a monthly $250.00 mileage assistance payment and $15.00 monthly cell/data reimbursement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Install, terminate, and test low voltage and fiber optic cables.
2. Route cables through conduit, ceilings, and between floors as specified.
3. Read and understand technical schematics, manuals, and procedures.
4. Follow system diagrams for installation under guidance.
5. Ensure availability of all necessary cables, connectors, and tools.
6. Label all cables properly and perform red-line changes when needed.
7. Maintain a clean and safe job site.
8. Complete projects to industry standards, on time, and within budget.
9. Report progress to supervisors and complete all paperwork timely.
10. Adhere to safety standards and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 1 year experience in low voltage cabling and systems.
2. Ability to read blueprints and system drawings.
3. Attention to detail and reliability.
4. Reliable transportation and strong communication skills.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work may be in non-climate controlled outdoor or construction environments with noise, dust, and airborne particles. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working in various positions.
