Summary of Job Duties: This posting will fill multiple positions:
Pharmacy Technician I/II/III work under the direct supervision of the Pharmacy Technician Supervisor, supporting various operations of the department. They assist pharmacists in dispensing operations, patient outreach, medication delivery, and other facets of the program. They must be able to handle multiple deliveries across hospital and campus daily. They may also assist with outpatient pharmacy operations, including dispensing, cycle counts, expired pulls, and point-of-sale customer care. They prioritize work based on immediate needs and workload changes. They work as part of a team to perform tasks efficiently and accurately, and may support specialized roles such as automation, controlled substances, pharmacy buyer, investigational drugs, medication reconciliation, sterile compounding, or retail order entry, as well as vaccine clinic operations.
