Summary of Job Duties: This posting will fill multiple positions supporting pharmacy operations, including dispensing, patient outreach, medication delivery, and other departmental tasks, with potential specialization in areas like automation, controlled substances, or sterile compounding, and support for vaccine clinics.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Level I: High School Diploma or GED + Pharmacy technician license through Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy; Valid Driver’s License
  • Level II: 2 years pharmacy technician experience; License; CPhT certification; Valid Driver’s License
  • Level III: 3 years pharmacy technician experience; License; CPhT certification; Computer skills; Valid Driver’s License

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B.S. or higher degree
  • Accredited technician training
  • Experience with 340B, certifications, strong math, communication, organizational skills, and computer skills

Additional Responsibilities: Include medication dispensing, inventory management, patient communication, equipment operation, documentation, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

Physical Requirements: Include frequent standing, sitting, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, manual handling, and environmental conditions.

Salary: Commensurate with education and experience
