Job summary

Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz is seeking an Audio Visual Specialist to support meetings, presentations, training sessions, videoconferences and events in our New York offices. You will configure, operate, and monitor conference room systems, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with staff and vendors while maintaining confidentiality and client focus.

The role requires five years of AV experience, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT/AV.
• Minimum five years of AV/meeting support experience.
• Industry certifications (CTS) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, test, operate, and support audio/video and presentation systems for meetings and events.
• Provide in-room and remote meeting support and quick issue resolution.
• Troubleshoot equipment and network connectivity; document issues.
• Coordinate room readiness with staff and vendors.
• Maintain inventory and recordkeeping for AV equipment.
• Create end-user guides and training materials.
