Job summary

Latham & Watkins seeks an Audiovisual Specialist for the Boston office. You will operate and support all AV/VC systems in conference rooms, including codecs, displays, microphones, and control systems, with on-site presence 7:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include daily room checks, coordinating with vendors and IT, managing room schedules, and assisting end users with connectivity and presentation setup. Prior AV experience and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or equivalent in technology field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of technology support experience with PC hardware/software.
• Certifications from manufacturers (Extron/Crestron) and AVIXA/CTS encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate and provide technical support for all AV/VC in conference rooms.
• Perform daily checks of conference room equipment and coordinate with vendors/IT for repairs.
• Operate conference room equipment during video conferences and presentations.
• Monitor conference room scheduling and ensure inventory meets meeting needs.
• Protect highly sensitive information handled by Latham & Watkins.
