You will conduct consultative selling, develop customer profiles, and utilize CRM/ERP tools to track revenue, opportunities, and milestones while collaborating with vendors and store teams to deliver superior AV experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years sales and/or customer service experience.
• Residential AV knowledge/experience.
• Smart Home experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Increase AV sales in local markets and acquire new accounts.
• Meet revenue, gross margin and brand goals.
• Leverage market data and internal tools to identify growth opportunities.
• Create and manage customer profiles to illustrate opportunities.
• Use CRM/ERP to track revenue and opportunities and activities.
• Educate customers with AV guidance through product demos and trainings.
• Coordinate AV store events with vendors or reps.
• Report on merchandising and store oversight.
• Provide market intelligence to management.
• Demonstrate value-based benefits of AV solutions.
• Assist with warranties and product specifications during sales.
