Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of AV/Networking/Technology Integration experience
- Control4 Certification
- Motivated to learn new technologies and processes
- Strong management and leadership skills; capable of leading and motivating others
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Valid NJ Real ID driver’s license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
- Able to lift items up to 50 pounds independently
- Capable of sitting, standing, and kneeling for extended periods
Schedule and Work Hours:
- Flexible alternative workweek
- May require overtime

- Some travel required (expenses paid by company)
Job Summary:
We seek an AV Service Technician to troubleshoot and solve issues with audio, visual, controls, and security equipment in residential and commercial locations. Our Lead Technicians interact with clients, represent the Daisy brand, and develop trusted relationships to enhance their lives through technology.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, floor plans, specifications, and manuals
- Manage support tasks including end-user training, troubleshooting, and issue escalation
- Collaborate on problem-solving during installations and team meetings
- Travel to job sites; use tools safely; maintain equipment and vehicle
- Interact with clients, builders, and industry professionals
- Communicate daily with the project manager about project progress
