Evertz, a growing high-technology company with over 2,000 employees, is a worldwide leader in designing and manufacturing broadcast, film production, and postproduction equipment for the film, television broadcast, and Professional Audio & Video industry.

We are currently seeking recent graduates to join our AV Service team. As the first and often most frequent point of contact for our clients, you will have a significant opportunity to influence their perception of Evertz. This role combines technical expertise with customer service skills and involves working with exciting products both in-house and on-site at our customers’ production studios and distribution facilities.

This position requires travel within the US. The home location is flexible, with opportunities to work from home when not on field assignments.

Responsibilities:

1. Travel within the US for customer deployments and service
2. Install products or systems at customer sites and provide product training
3. Respond to operational issues, firmware upgrades, and maintenance requests
4. Assess applications, troubleshoot, and diagnose issues to find root causes
5. Perform detailed troubleshooting, data collection, and reporting
6. Maintain communication between customer service and other departments to resolve issues and gather feedback

Qualifications:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Computer disciplines
• Passion for technology and eagerness to learn new hardware and software
• Hands-on experience with IP Networking, server hardware, and Linux OS
• Strong desire to help customers and deliver excellent service
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Eligibility to travel within the US and Canada
• US Citizenship is required
