Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking a Sales Manager to drive venue sales, acting as front-line sales for the team and generating SOWs and contracts for leads. You will move opportunities through the funnel using our proprietary process, focusing on connection, prequalification, solutions, and more.

The role requires a bachelor’s in business or related field and at least two years in customer-facing sales, preferably in hospitality. CRM proficiency and ability to manage multiple pursuits are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a customer service facing role; sales experience in hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and ability to generate insights into sales activity and progress.
• Production and Staging experience are preferred.
• Scenic and Decor experience is preferred.
• Rigging, Electrical, and Exhibit experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a sales subject matter expert for the designated venue sales team.
• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals and contracts based on venue leads' needs.
• Utilize the company’s sales process including prequalification, quote generation, timely contracts, pricing and service negotiations.
• Build knowledge of Pinnacle Live’s products and offerings and stay current with new technologies.
• Provide hotel leads with resources such as layouts, renderings and visuals.
