Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking a Sales Manager to drive the venue sales efforts, acting as front-line sales for the venue and generating all SOWs and contracts for leads. The role moves leads through the company’s sales funnel via prequalification, solutions and closing steps.

Responsibilities include creating proposals, updating contracts, and maintaining CRM data while collaborating with the In-Venue Sales team and National Director of Venue Sales.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Minimum two years in a customer-facing role; hospitality sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ability to translate activity into insights.
• Production/staging and scenic/decor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate and revise scope of work, quotes, proposals and contracts based on venue needs.
• Use the company’s sales process toQualification leads, quote generation, timely contract confirmations, pricing and service negotiations.
• Build deep knowledge of Pinnacle Live products and offerings and stay current on new technologies.
• Provide hotel leads with resources like layouts, renderings, visuals and product recommendations.
