Qualifications

• Experience with professional AV equipment and computer equipment.
• Basic understanding of inventory software for workload forecasting.
• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Education/Training equivalent to high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure cases and equipment are presentable and in ideal working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment correctly.
• Handle hard deadlines and plan workflow based on client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support for clients.
• Follow directions of the department leader and managers.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment to ensure safety and compliance.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Possibly perform additional duties as assigned.
• Manage firmware versions for applicable devices.
• Troubleshoot equipment.
