Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure all cases and equipment are presentable and in working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Manage firmware versions for applicable devices.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment accurately.
• Meet deadlines and plan workflow based on client needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and provide customer support.
