Responsibilities

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure cases and equipment are presentable and working.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Manage firmware versions for applicable devices.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment correctly.
• Meet hard deadlines and plan workflow per client needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment and support clients.
• Follow directions from department leaders and managers.
• Assist other departments when needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work area.
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties.
