Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Perform QC procedures on returning equipment.
• Ensure cases and equipment are presentable and in working condition.
• Diagnose, log, and repair damaged items.
• Organize and store all tested equipment.
• Process missing or damaged equipment.
• Handle hard deadlines and plan workflow per client needs.
• Provide exceptional customer support for clients.
• Follow direction of department leader and managers.
• Assist other departments when necessary.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Comply with company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
