CTI is seeking an experienced AV Project Manager in the Washington DC area to lead AV integration projects, delegate responsibilities, and ensure on-time delivery with strong client communication.

Qualifications include 5+ years in AV project management, an associate degree preferred, excellent documentation, budgeting, and team leadership. Travel to client sites is expected, with a collaborative, fun work environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred; not required.
• 5+ years managing commercial AV integration projects, developing strategies, and coordinating resources.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in maintaining project documents and client updates.
• Experience in leading teams, including training and performance management.
• Hands-on AV installations experience with creative solutions.
• Ability to track and improve performance metrics; meet deadlines and budget goals.
• Travel to client sites; company pays travel, around 25%.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and develop plans to achieve project goals for AV integrations.
• Schedule and coordinate all resources, including programming and installation.
• Communicate deadlines, specs, and budgets to the AV install team.
• Maintain current and accurate project documents, drawings, BOMs, and change orders.
• Maintain client communications with timely updates on issues and progress.
• Lead and inspire a team, overseeing training and performance management.
• Delegate tasks and ensure team members are identified and current.
• Support install staff from programming to punch lists.
• Ensure projects stay on track to meet client deadlines and maintain margins.
