Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Project Manager to oversee AV installation projects from initiation to closure. The role focuses on scope, schedule, cost, quality, and client satisfaction, with primary emphasis on clear written and verbal communication to stakeholders.

You will coordinate activities with engineers, CAD, and programming teams, drive on-time project delivery, and manage client relationships. Travel to job sites and coordination with subcontractors are essential aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager with familiarity with audio/video systems in commercial construction trades setting or office environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Supervisory and people skills.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex problems in projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage project communications, scheduling, and task lists for technicians.
• Oversee deliverables from engineering, CAD and Programming and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Maintain client satisfaction and strong long-term relationships.
• Coordinate and lead project meetings with stakeholders and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and schedules; ensure quality and continuous improvement.
• Provide field verification and documentation of site issues and resolution.
