Job summary

Pinnacle Live, a premium AV and event production company, seeks a Network Services Technician for the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa. You will manage venue networking products, config and maintain equipment, and handle networking-related client inquiries during events.

The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills in a fast-paced hospitality setting, ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of audio visual and/or hospitality experience preferred.
• General computer proficiency and willingness to learn new platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead client communications regarding networking experiences and provide best-in-class service.
• Configure, test, and maintain network equipment attached to the network.
• Assist with network design or temporary circuit/ wireless setup per client specs.
• Troubleshoot networking and AV equipment, including client laptops.
• Coordinate with Sales/Operations to meet client networking needs for events.
