Job summary

Accenture is seeking an in-office AV/IT specialist in Manhattan to support high‑profile meetings and events in our Connected Innovation Center, delivering white‑glove service and seamless technology experiences.

You will manage AV and collaboration devices (Teams Rooms, display walls, VC rooms), lead technical aspects of executive meetings, pilot emerging tech with global teams, and create clear technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting IT or AV industries.
• Experience with ITIL software such as ServiceNow or Jira.
• Familiar with enterprise collaboration platforms (MS Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, Webex).
• Hands-on Windows 10/11 and macOS support.
• Strong communication with non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove service and support during meetings or events.
• Manage and maintain AV technologies such as a sound mixer with synchronized wireless microphone.
• Test operation and troubleshoot video conferencing devices and display walls.
• Devices include Teams Rooms, Cyviz Display Walls, Cisco VC rooms.
• Manage XR devices like Apple Vision Pro and Meta Quest.
• Lead technically during high-profile client meetings and leadership events.
• Collaborate with global teams to pilot emerging technologies for immersive experiences.
• Create and update technical documentation.
