Job summary
The NBA is seeking an Executive Meeting, & IT Support Engineer based in New York City to deliver white-glove, on-site and remote support for executive meetings and advanced collaboration experiences. You will manage conference-room AV, studio interviews, and critical devices while ensuring secure, seamless experiences for executives.
You will support Windows and macOS endpoints, video conferencing platforms, and presentation tools, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in executive/VIP support or related technical field.
- Experience supporting C-level executives in fast-paced environments.
- Hands-on experience with conference-room AV, video conferencing, and enterprise collaboration tools.
- Experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver concierge-level meeting, AV, studio, and collaboration support to executives and VIPs in person and remotely.
- Prepare, test, and support executive meetings, board sessions, and corporate events.
- Troubleshoot conference-room AV systems and studio setups, including displays, cameras, microphones, and room controls.
- Provide end-to-end support for executive devices and collaboration apps used in meetings and presentations.
- Manage device provisioning, configuration, updates, replacements, and asset documentation per IT standards.
- Support secure executive communications using MFA and VPN.
