Job summary

Pinnacle Live at Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel seeks an Event Services Supervisor to oversee floor operations, manage equipment setup and strikes, and ensure exceptional guest experiences during events. You will coordinate labor, communicate with clients, and maintain inventory and billing details in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Two to three years' experience in audio visual or hospitality.
• Two years' advanced audio/visual experience in a live event environment.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise floor operations and coordinate setup and strikes.
• Direct non-union, union and contract labor per Pinnacle Live standards.
• Greet guests and brief clients on equipment operation.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Ensure inventory is accurate and equipment is secure from theft or damage.
• Update and maintain client event information in the billing system.
