Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Supervisor for the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport. The role oversees floor operations, setup, and tech equipment with a focus on unmatched service and guest experience.

You will supervise labor, coordinate communication, and ensure inventory security in a dynamic hotel environment. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in AV/hospitality and 2 years of advanced AV experience in live events, plus solid computer proficiency.

Qualifications

• Two to three years’ prior experience in the audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Two years’ advanced audio and visual experience in a theatrical or live event environment.
• Computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-union, union and contract labor to ensure all set up and strikes are completed to Pinnacle Live’s standards.
• Provide clear daily expectations and detailed log information for AM/PM shifts.
• Greet guests/clients and give clear operating instructions for equipment.
• Maintain client communication to ensure event success.
• Manage inventory and ensure equipment is secure and in good working order.
• Update client event information in the billing/event order system.
• Review invoices with clients and obtain signatures on add-ons.
