Job summary

Pinnacle Live at Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is seeking an Event Services Supervisor to oversee floor operations and technology setup for events, ensuring outstanding service and a positive guest experience. This role focuses on coordinating staff, equipment, and client needs in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in AV/hospitality, strong planning and communication skills, and a customer‑centric mindset to elevate events and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of experience in audio/visual and/or hospitality.
• Two years of advanced audio/visual experience in a live event environment.
• Proficient with computer software and systems used for events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-union, union and contract labor to meet Pinnacle Live standards.
• Ensure shifts receive clear daily expectations and complete logs.
• Greet guests/clients and provide operating instructions for equipment.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure event success.
• Manage inventory and secure equipment from theft or damage.
• Update client event details in the billing/event order system.
• Review invoices with clients and obtain signatures for add-ons.
