Job summary

Tusker Construction Group is seeking an Associate Sales Representative to help grow revenue by creating new business opportunities and assisting in early sales stages. You will work closely with a Senior Account Executive to learn consultative selling of AV, security, and IT solutions.

The role focuses on building relationships, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting quotes, proposals, and CRM records. A base salary with commissions is offered, with an office-based role in Green Bay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Interest in technology, AV systems, or IT solutions strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new customers through outbound calls, emails, networking, and research.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer needs and goals.
• Support sales meetings, demonstrations, and site walks with senior teams.
• Learn and position AV/IT solutions across multiple industries.
