You will work closely with a dedicated technical engineer to deliver customized AV and IT solutions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in commercial AV or technology sales, a strong communicator and negotiator, and comfort with sales databases and proposals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial AV or technology sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field (plus).
• Proven communicator and negotiator with sales literacy.
• Experience using sales databases and generating proposals.
• Creative thinker with solution sales skills.
• Strong team leadership and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage commercial AV design, integration, and support sales.
• Cultivate relationships with enterprise, healthcare, and education clients.
• Lead business development: 70% focus on new clients initially, then 30%.
• Nurture existing accounts as the pipeline grows.
• Network with commercial groups to create new opportunities.
• Conduct meetings, draft proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Collaborate with a dedicated technical engineer to deliver tailored solutions.
