Figure, a robotics and AI company headquartered in San Jose, CA, seeks an IT/AV Operations Specialist to oversee daily conference room operations and audio-visual systems, while supporting Tier 1 help desk tasks. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, imaging, inventory and logistics, with a strong emphasis on in-person collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in IT/AV, experience with Google Workspace and Okta, and proficiency across Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Qualifications

2–3 years in IT or AV support
Experience with AV/VC systems in a corporate environment
Experience with Google Workspace and Okta IDP
Proficiency with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems
Knowledge of office networks (Wi‑Fi, DHCP, VLANs)
Excellent customer service, problem solving and teamwork
CA Drivers License

Responsibilities

Manage a fleet of conference rooms in a Zoom environment and provide ongoing break/fix, user support & training.
Document, track, and monitor customer problems to ensure resolution via ticketing systems, chat or email.
Assist in building and documenting IT standards and policies.
Manage Google Workspace and Okta accounts, groups, and access in coordination with the IT team.
Act as backup point of contact for AV support when lead is unavailable.
