Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, setup, strike, and the operation of technology solutions in a hotel or hospitality environment. You will focus on delivering exceptional guest and client service while maintaining equipment and inventory to high standards.

The role requires strong technical aptitude, planning ability, and excellent communication and teamwork. Growth opportunities exist within a dynamic events team and across North America.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industries preferred.
• Proficiency with computers (hardware, software, and networking) required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, setup, strike, and operation of tech in a hotel environment.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear equipment usage instructions.
• Maintain accurate client event information in company systems.
• Ensure inventory security and proper maintenance of gear and spaces.
• Support continual technical skill development across audio/video/data and networking.
