Job summary

Pinnacle Live is seeking an Event Services Technician to support floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of AV gear in a hotel environment. You will ensure top-tier client service and seamless event execution.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, exposure to AV/hospitality, and strong technical and communicative skills. A positive team player attitude and safety awareness are essential for success.

• Strong technical aptitude and planning ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist floor operations: setup, strike, and operation of tech solutions in a hotel environment.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on operating equipment.
• Maintain clear client communication to ensure event success.
• Follow up on client requests and look for ways to enhance events.
• Keep client event information and invoices organized; obtain signatures.
• Ensure inventory is secure and equipment is in good working order.
• Comply with company policies and safety measures; perform other duties as assigned.
• Develop skills in audio, video, staging, and networking.
