Job summary

Encore Global is seeking a Technician to install and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will set up, run, and breakdown equipment and ensure guest satisfaction on site.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma, hospitality or customer-service experience, and some AV exposure. A valid driver's license is required for vehicle operation. This role offers on-site work with irregular hours typical of events.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for team members that may operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, operates, and breaks down basic audiovisual equipment to ensure flawless events.
• Strives to exceed guest and client expectations through effective on-site service.
• Troubleshoots basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Completes order entries and paperwork accurately and communicates with staff and vendors.
