Job summary

Hargrove, Inc. seeks a Technical Lead to manage mid-to-large scale audiovisual systems in a hospitality setting. You will set up, operate, troubleshoot, and supervise on-site teams to ensure top-tier client satisfaction.

You will report to an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology, with responsibilities spanning equipment control, client interaction, and post-event processes.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience.
• 2–3+ years of audio-visual experience is required.
• Driver's license may be required for travel.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down AV equipment for events.
• Troubleshoot equipment and software issues promptly.
• Follow security and safety measures and protect equipment.
• Lead, mentor, and coach other technicians on service standards.
• Interact with clients on-site to ensure needs are met and invoices are finalized.
