Ignite IT seeks an AV Engineer / IronBow Specialist to support, maintain, and optimize enterprise A/V and collaboration environments, with a focus on IronBow-supported solutions. The role requires hands-on Webex Room Kit experience and strong network‑aware troubleshooting across OSI layers to minimize disruption.

The ideal candidate will diagnose complex issues across hardware, software, and network layers, provide executive‑level support, and coordinate with infrastructure and operations teams

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cisco Webex Room Kit in enterprise environments.
• Experience configuring and maintaining enterprise A/V and collaboration systems.
• Ability to diagnose issues across hardware, software, networks and endpoints.

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise A/V and collaboration systems including Cisco Webex Room Kit technologies.
• Provide technical support for IronBow‑supported collaboration solutions and related infrastructure.
• Maintain integrated audio and video environments for conference rooms and executive spaces.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, audio, video, control system and network issues.
• Troubleshoot across OSI layers 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 to restore service.
• Identify breakpoints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
