Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an AV Engineer to provide frontline support for our audio-visual environments, including conference rooms, EBC events, and workplace technology services.

You will troubleshoot issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure a high-quality user experience for employees and executives. Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3-5 years of AV experience in an educational, customer service, or hospitality setting.
• Ability to lift and move AV equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
• CTS certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level break/fix support for conference room technology.
• Troubleshoot AV systems including audio, video, displays, cameras, mics, and connectivity.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.
• Set up, test, and operate AV equipment for presentations and meetings.
• Provide onsite technical support during meetings and events.
• Assist presenters with laptop connectivity, content sharing, and collaboration tools.
• Log, update, track, and resolve incidents through the Help Desk system.
