Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking an AV Engineer to provide frontline support for our audio visual environments, including conference rooms, collaboration spaces, and EBC events.

You will troubleshoot AV issues, perform preventive maintenance, support meetings and events, and ensure a high-quality user experience for employees, customers, and executives. As the first point of contact for AV incidents, you will escalate complex problems to senior technicians or vendors when needed and coordinate

Qualifications

• Frontline AV support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level break/fix support for conference room technology.
• Troubleshoot audio, video, display, camera, microphone, and connectivity issues.
• Support Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, Zoom, and other collaboration platforms.
• Ensure conference rooms are operational and meeting-ready.
• Respond to service requests within established SLAs.
