Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AV Design Lead to drive strategic planning, design capture and implementation of conference room AV solutions for office projects across the region.

You will work with Real Estate, IT PMO, Facilities, and architecture teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable AV designs and to optimize end-user experiences. A strong background in CAD, AV systems (Crestron/Extron/AMX), and Teams Rooms is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in technology or related field.
• 8–10 years in consulting or product/project management.
• CTS-I or CTS-D certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to drive conference room AV strategy and design.
• Lead RFP processes and coordinate vendors, budgets and timelines.
• Ensure end-to-end AV solutions meet business requirements and standards.
• Collaborate with IT, Real Estate, Facilities and architecture teams.
