Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years driving autonomous vehicle testing or fleet operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching, written and verbal communication.
• Ability to sustain high focus while monitoring autonomous systems for long periods.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for field testing and work overtime as needed.
• Proficient with laptops and enterprise collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach vehicle operators and onboarding new hires.
• Maintain high safety standards and provide real‑time coaching on procedures.
• Lead on‑shift floor operations, driver questions, and handovers.
• Operate prototype vehicles on test routes and record outcomes.
• Oversee pre/post‑trip inspections, data offload, and route assignments.
• Document issues and coordinate with engineering teams for fixes.
