Qualifications

• 2+ years in automotive driving, AV testing, or fleet operations.
• Strong ability to coach, mentor, and train peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operator training and on-shift coaching for new drivers.
• Oversee ground support, vehicle prep, data offloading, and shift handovers.
• Perform basic system diagnostics and guide troubleshooting.
