Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional automotive driving, autonomous vehicle testing, or fleet operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to drive 6–8 hours per day in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stay active on shop floors or field sites.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on driving and safety instruction for new operators.
• Provide real-time coaching on disengagement protocols and safety.
• Lead on-shift floor and coach operators on procedures.
• Oversee vehicle prep, ground support, and data offloading.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and logging.
• Coordinate training materials and onboarding programs.
