Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Hivemind Field Solutions Engineer to support technical sales, customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture activities for Hivemind across the Americas region.

The role serves as a customer-facing technical expert, translating customer mission needs into credible, technically feasible solutions. The FSE will partner with BD, Product, Engineering, and Program teams to support demos, RFIs/RFPs, white papers, and solution development.

Qualifications

• Strong technical foundation in autonomy, mission software, simulation, and AI-enabled systems.
• Direct experience with DoD simulation environments, live-virtual-constructive training and test ecosystems, and synthetic data workflows.
• Comfortable explaining complex technical systems to customers and shaping demos around mission objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver demos and technical interchange meetings for Hivemind.
• Support RFIs, RFPs, white papers, and customer-specific solution development.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, Engineering, Customer Engagement, and Program teams.
• Translate customer mission needs into credible, technically feasible solutions.
