Job summary

Shield AI in the United States is hiring a Hivemind Field Solutions Engineer to support technical sales, customer engagements, demonstrations, and capture activities for Hivemind across the Americas. You will translate customer mission needs into credible solutions, partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, and Program teams to deliver demonstrations, and travel for engagements while maintaining the ability to obtain a U.S.

security clearance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in solutions engineering or related customer-facing roles.
• Strong background in autonomy, mission software, or defense tech.
• Experience supporting demos, RFIs, RFPs, and technical briefs.
• Ability to translate mission needs into feasible solutions.
• Willingness to travel and obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing engagements, demos, and briefings for Hivemind across the Americas.
• Collaborate with BD, Product, Engineering, and Program teams to shape solutions.
• Translate customer needs into credible, technically feasible concepts and feedback.
