Alleviation is expanding its sales team in Magnolia, TX. As a new sales professional, you will undergo immersive training, blend online learning with hands-on mentorship, and manage your own territory with local businesses. No prior experience is required as we mold the right candidate.

You will engage with owners and employees to tailor high-quality supplemental insurance solutions, from one-on-one consultations to group presentations, while building a personal client portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to understand clients' insurance needs and present solutions.
• Join calls and meetings with the sales team and manager.
• Visit local businesses to build relationships and manage referrals.
• Develop and nurture your personal client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan weekly schedules and submit them to the manager.
