Alleviation Enterprise LLC is expanding its sales team in Texas, offering immersive training and mentorship in your territory. No prior sales experience is required; you will engage business owners and employees with high-quality supplemental insurance solutions through consultations and group presentations.

You will manage a local client portfolio, respond to inquiries, set meetings, and meet sales targets with support from your manager.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect quickly with clients.

Responsibilities

• Use Salesforce CRM to generate leads and build your client base within your territory.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, or text.
• Schedule meetings to assess insurance needs and present solutions.
• Attend calls and meetings with sales manager and team.
• Visit new businesses to build relationships and follow up on referrals.
• Develop and maintain your own client portfolio.
• Collaborate with the sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets.
• Plan and submit weekly schedules to the manager.
• Record daily sales activity and progress.
