Handprints Therapies is seeking a BCBA to lead trauma-informed, play-based ABA services for children. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs and BCBA candidates within an interdisciplinary team.

Competenze

• Experience conducting behavioral assessments and developing treatment plans.
• Ability to supervise and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates.
• Experience collaborating with OT, PT, and SLP teams.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, play-based ABA.
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance.

• Conduct behavioral and skill-based assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Develop programming reflecting each child’s strengths, needs, and learning style.
• Provide trauma-informed, play-based ABA services supporting meaningful skills.
• Monitor progress and make data-informed clinical decisions.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates with regular feedback.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and Speech Therapy teams for interdisciplinary care.
• Partner with parents through training and collaborative goal development.
• Monitor treatment integrity and ensure high-quality implementation across cases.
• Maintain a flexible schedule to support client needs and work-life balance.
• Contribute to ongoing development of Handprints' ABA program.
