Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a BCBA leader to oversee an ABA classroom program within a partner childcare center. You will supervise RBTs and Behavior Therapists, ensure ethical, data-driven services, and guide program development in a dynamic, child-centered setting.

You will blend clinical excellence with on-site leadership, ensuring personalized plans and ongoing staff growth, while supporting families and interdisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes for children with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master's in ABA or related field.
• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience supervising RBTs and clinical staff.
• Experience with children with ASD in early childhood or classroom settings.
• Strong leadership, training, and staff development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care: conduct assessments, develop treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision, coaching, modeling, and feedback to RBTs and therapists.
• Ensure programs are implemented with fidelity and progress toward RBT certs.
• Analyze data to refine programming and guide outcomes.
• Oversee daily classroom operations and ensure a safe, structured environment.
• Collaborate with families and childcare staff to ensure consistency.
