Job summary

Handprints Therapies is seeking a BCBA to deliver trauma-assisted, play-based ABA services in a hybrid clinic setting in the Denver, CO area. You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with in-house OT, PT, and SLP teams, and work closely with families to promote meaningful progress for children.

As a locally owned practice, you’ll have clinical autonomy, opportunities to influence programs, and a supportive leadership team. Flexible scheduling and ongoing professional development are included.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, PEAK) and develop individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment plans.
• Provide trauma-assumed, play-based ABA services that support meaningful skills and quality of life.
• Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and BCBA candidates with regular feedback.
• Collaborate with OT, PT, and Speech teams to deliver interdisciplinary care.
• Partner with parents/caregivers for ongoing training and collaborative goal setting.
