Job summary

Helping Hands Family is seeking a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services for children with autism in a clinic setting. The role includes supervising up to 5 RBTs, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans while ensuring ethical, compliant practice.

The successful candidate will hold a BCBA certification, state licensure where required, and demonstrate strong communication within a collaborative team. A robust benefits package and career growth opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
• State licensure is required where applicable.
• ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting.
• Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism.
• Manage a caseload of up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week.
• Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6.
• Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs.
• Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices.
• Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines.
