Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Santa Clara, CA is seeking an experienced manager to own end-to-end development of autonomous driving features for NVIDIA's AV platform. You will lead the Autonomy Program Team, guiding software programs across vehicle programs and customer timelines.

This role requires 8+ years in relevant fields, 4+ years leading a team, and strong cross-functional leadership across automotive, perception, path planning, robotics, and AI.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 4+ years of experience leading a team.
• 8+ years of overall relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Perception, Path Planning, robotics and/or AI.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to collaborate on global projects across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap and health of all autonomy software programs.
• Lead and grow a team of TPMs, hiring outstanding talent.
• Lead critical programs, review designs, and drive decisions.
• Partner with leaders to translate strategy into executable plans with milestones.
• Establish program governance with planning, tracking, and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, testing, regulatory, and customer teams.
• Build partnerships with software, testing, and vehicle program leaders.
• Represent in executive forums with concise updates and clear recommendations.
