Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a seasoned Autonomous Vehicles Program Manager to own end-to-end development of new autonomous driving features for its platform in Santa Clara, CA. You will lead delivery, partner with product and engineering, and drive cross-functional execution across vehicle programs and partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading a team.
• 8+ years of overall relevant experience.
• Proven experience in Automotive, Perception, Path Planning, robotics or AI.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with global collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery roadmap and health of all autonomy software programs.
• Lead and grow a team of TPMs, guiding professional development.
• Lead critical programs hands-on, including design reviews and issue investigations.
• Turn strategy into executable plans with defined scope and milestones.
• Establish program governance, planning, and risk management.
• Drive cross-functional delivery across engineering, test, regulatory, and customers.
• Build partnerships with leaders across software and vehicle programs.
• Act as senior representative in executive forums with clear updates and decisions.
